The new family room was designed to open onto an existing deck overlooking the backyard. Two fundamental elements of the new space is the generous projecting curved bay window and the elevated barrel vaulted ceiling with clerestory windows that celebrate light and an outlook onto an in-ground pool and the a creek reserve below.
