Jutting from between a pair of one meter long brick wing walls at first floor level is a tiny 5m2 bedroom extension, which redefines the laneway expression of this 1970’s bagged brickwork house.
The cantilevering bay window captures a city skyline view from behind a gumleaf patterned laser cut corten steel privacy screen. The extension also acts as a protective summer shading device over the ground floor living room patio doors.
