Planning & Architecture
The original owners of this small constrained corner block, with exceptional outlook onto adjacent parklands were adamant in not wanting an off the shelf type “project home” and they were open to a unique solution, all be it on a modest budget.
The end result is a lightweight cement sheet clad and rendered two storey house with two obliquely opposing triangulated roofs connected by an arched parapet and bounded at ground level by a wraparound verandah, reminiscent of an outback homestead.
